P: Unable to access features after payment (Android)

Please help, a few days ago I bought a premium subscription for Lightroom for my phone for a month. Today I go into the application and see that I don't have a premium subscription, I updated the application several times and it didn't give any result. But in the Play Market it says that my subscription is active and paid. What should I do? The money is gone, and there is no premium subscription, what should I do?
