P: Watermarks in lower res appear to be resampled.

I've noticed that with Lightroom, when I export in anything less than full size/resolution, my watermark is being compressed as well as the image.

With Lightroom Classic, it seems to keep the watermark at full resolution. This suggests that one is applying the watermark and then compressing everything and the other (Classic) is compressing the image and then applying the watermark.

I'd prefer Lightroom (cloud) to do things the same as Lightroom Classic if possible.

Seems like a bug to me?
