Paid but Cannot Access Premium

I have had a recurring payment for Lightroom but as of this month I cannot access the premium features.

 

- the lightroom account states that my subscription is expired despite the galaxy store stating that my subscription is active.

 

- attempts ro renew my subscription initially states that the purchase cannot be made because it is "already purchased".

 

I have double checked my Adobe ID and all is well. What are the next steps.

Or is that what you were referring to when you  wrote that you had tried to renew?

No I didn't try to renew, this is the first time I purchased the
subscription and I didn't get the access to premium. I have already wasted
my 7 of subscription just because of this. Kindly fix it as soon as
possible or do the refund.
