Paid for new subscription but it’s not working

Hi,

Ive just renewed my subscription - which I've done many times before - payment has gone through but when I got into lightroom it still says subscription expired. I've followed ll the prompts of turn on/off, uninstall, log out and nothing changes. 
Very frustrating as hard to find help, so can I please get this fixed so I can use what I have paid for today

I see the email address you used to ask for help has an active subscription.  If you are not seeing your subscription in the LR app still, please sign out and sign back in using the same email address you used to post for help.
