Paid for new subscription but it’s not working
Hi,
Ive just renewed my subscription - which I've done many times before - payment has gone through but when I got into lightroom it still says subscription expired. I've followed ll the prompts of turn on/off, uninstall, log out and nothing changes.
Very frustrating as hard to find help, so can I please get this fixed so I can use what I have paid for today
