Paid for premium account but failed

Hi,

  • This is Dr. Nikhil from India. I have paid for the premium subscription on monthly basis with 170 INR, but the app shows no features of premium subscription instead it's been asking for payment again for premium features. The money has been deducted. Kindly guide me the proper platform for help.
