pas lien avec le cloud avec lightroom

Bonjour, depuis ma réinstallation de windows 10 sur mon pc bureau et sur mon portable je n'ai plus accès à mes photos sur lightroom. L'icone en haut à droite du cloud n'apparaît pas

    Hi there,

     

    Sorry that after the re-installaion of Windows on your computer you no longer see the Lightroom icon to launch the app.

     

    Are you using Lightroom desktop or Lightroom Classic and which exact version of the application? To verify the version you're using : Choose Help > System Info.

     

    Also, could you please share a screenshot of what you're seeing in Lightroom so that we may help better.

    Bonjour,

    il ne s'agit pas de l'icône lightroom mais de l'icône cloud aqui n'apparaît pas et comme vous le voyez sur la capture d'écran mes photos du cloud adobe n'apparaissent pas.

    version: 20190911-1202-844edb7

    J'utilise lightroom bureau et Classic qui lui fonctionne bien.
