Payed on mobile (Android) app and can't use on desktop anymore!

Question

Hey y'all! So, I was using the desktop Adobe Lightroom Photoshop version but I never payed in it, I used by paying in the mobile (Android) app. But then, I payed this month and it did not work in the desktop anymore.

I don't know if it was a bug before but I payed my subscription in the mobile app and it's working there, but not in my desktop version. I already tried to logon and logoff a couple times, but still not working.

So, how do I make it work?

I have reviewed your profile & the subscription for Lightroom Mobile is active.

Subscriptions purchased on the mobile app grant access to features only on mobile devices and will not work with Lightroom desktop. Check this article to learn more about this: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/lightroom-cc/kb/manage-subscription-android.html

You can subscribe to Adobe Lightroom from this page: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html

A new plan from the above-shared page will allow access to the Lightroom ecosystem on mobile, desktop & web surfaces.
