Pc can't load paid version, please help

Hi everyone, I purchase the yearly light room package on 02 June 2023, it's now 25 June 2023.

 

I'm able to work on my picture on my phone but on my pc it keeps asking me if I want to start the free trial. I have already paid the monthly fee and unable to get my pc to work. Can someone PLEASE help.

    Jim is correct.  When subscribing to a new plan on a mobile device, Lightroom access is only allowed on Android and iOS devices.  

     

    If you also need to use Lightroom on Mac or Windows, then you should cancel your current Lightroom Mobile Premium subscription, and choose one of the options for desktop+mobile access that best suits you.  Those plans are described here: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/photography/compare-plans.html

    Which plan did you subcribe to? The Premium plan includes only LrMobile and the LrWeb browser-based app, the Lightroom plan additionally includes the Lightroom Desktop app and 1TB of cloud storage. The Lightroom plan costs double the Premium plan (I think).

     

    If you have indeed purchased the full Lightroom plan, make sure you have signed into the Creative Cloud desktop app on your Windows PC with the same Adobe ID that you are using on your phone.
