People Viewer issue

Hi all, I've started using lightroom and dumped 30K of photos into it. I noticed too late in the game that I was merging faces and not tagging wherever a faces were not recognized. I uninstalled the software and deleted the library to start from scratch BUT, to my surprise the software remembered all the names I entered in People Viewer. How do I start from complete scratch, ZERO, so that I can, reimport, rename/tag everyone appropriately? Thank you!

Log into the web interface. https://lightroom.adobe.com

With the same user account. Then delete the library. Here are the steps:

1. Log in

2. Click on the account icon on the top tight.

3. Select account info from the drop down menu

4. Select delete library from the pop up dialog.

Note: this cannot be undone!
