People vs Keywords

I am cataloguing many old photos scanning nearly 50 years, on a Windows computer.  Mostly the People photo comes up, sometimes it doesn't. If it doesn't come up, I put the person's name in Keywords instead. For search purposes, can you please confirm that I only need to put the person's name in either of these places, not both.

Correct answer Timothy.Spear

The answer is maybe. 🙂

When you search, if you just put in the search text with the name, it will search both. However, if you put in something like the following

keyword:John Doe

You will onluy search the keywords. Same thing applies to the people facet.
