Perda das fotos editadas

Question

Troquei de celular e assinei o plano mensal para poder sincronizar as minhas fotos editadas para o novo celular, porém ao fazer a assinatura todas as fotos editadas sumiram, como faço para recuperar? Eram mais de 3 mil fotos.

Hey, @Lara_Victor5321. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. I've reviewed your account & I found an active subscription for Lightroom Mobile.

Have you used any other email address to sign in to Lightroom on your mobile? If you were logged in to Lightroom mobile with an email account that did not have an active subscription, the images, edits, and the rest of the data were stored in your device's local storage and did not sync up to the cloud. To find the old data, you can try signing in again with the correct email address. This may help if you've not yet reinstalled Lightroom on the device.
