Pérdida de fotografías

Question

Buenas tardes tengo una duda, hoy en la mañana la aplicación me pedía iniciar sesión como lo haría si apenas hubiera descargado la aplicación, al entrar con mi cuenta me di cuenta que ya no tenía todas mis fotos, solamente 500 de más de 1,000 que eran. No sé que ocurrió pero ojalá alguien me pueda dar información o ayudarme, es muy triste haber perdido tantas fotos de recuerdos lindos.

I've checked your profile & currently, you don't have an active subscription to Lightroom. Would you mind sending me any other email accounts you might have used to sign up with Lightroom in a direct message?

Log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) to check all the images in your accounts.
