Performance issues with exporting JPG files

When exporting 144 photos (consisting of 139 CR2 files and 5 TIF files) as JPEG, it takes over 10 minutes to export. I have only noticed this in Lightroom 9.2. I have tried exporting photos after restarting the computer and with the internet on.

steps undertaken

1. edited CR2 files in Lightroom CC 9.2 and then used Topaz Photo v2.0.7 through the Edit In command for sharpening for the TIF files.
2. Used the export menu with custom settings: JPG, custom dimensions (1600px long side), quality 100%, include watermark, output sharpening set to standard, and colour space set to sRGB. 
    
3. Pressed export a selected a folder on the computer pictures folder, then waited.
