Persistent syncing photos status

Question

No meu macbook há um bug onde mostra que sempre há arquivos de fotos em sincronização, porém nunca há progresso. Esse número só aumenta a medida que preciso adicionar mais arquivos e nunca sei quando está sincronizado ou não. Por isso, tenho utilizado a versão web para fazer o upload das fotos, mas é muito incomodo.

Do you have a VPN, Web Browser Plugin, or Antivirus that can control the Firewall and how your computer connects to the Internet?

If you're certain some files are stuck in the Sync queue, we can figure that out using the Diagnostic report. Please go to Lightroom> Preferences >Account > press and hold the OPT key and select Diagnostic Log.

Then, please upload & share this diagnostic log with me via direct message. As a test, drag and drop a few images into Lightroom Web & check if this syncs to Lightroom Desktop or Lightroom Mobile.
