Photo Access on my new device

Hello

Previous I used the Lightroom app for Android. I did edit 1.5k photos. I changed my phone to iPhone 12 Pro Max. I got the app but I don't have the photos even though I'm logged in with the same account. I don't want to loose my photos that i was editing on my Android device. How can I solve it?
