Hello,

I had a picture imported to my Lightroom app 3 week ago and edited it. My phone unfortunately had to reset after that because it got locked. I lost a lot of pictures in my iphone after that because they were not backed up in icloud, including the original photo of the one I imported to Lightroom. I then went to check it in my Lightroom app and saw it disappeared as well. Is it because I lost the original copy of it? Is there a way to find it and recover it? It was a picture of my previous trip. I lost all others in my iphone. So that one in Lightroom is the only hope I have left... Please help! I also have checked the deleted album but it was not there.

Thank you!

Bella

If you reinstall the Lightroom App, and login with the same Adobe ID and password, that picture should still be accessible IF it had already been imported into Lightroom previously.

Hi Jim. Yes it was imported into Lightroom mobile and I edited it through it. I'm afraid of reinstalling the app because I see a lot of people having problem seeing their photos after doing so. I tried to login to my account on Lightroom website and I saw everything except for that picture. Is there a differnet way?

when you restore your iPhone frome a backup and the photo was not backed-up as part of you iOS and not synced to the Lr-server-side then unfortunately it's hard to preserve the photo.  Or have you synced your photo with the Lr Cloud? - Guido/Lr Mobile QE
