Photo sync stuck

I currently have 540 photos stuck on in progress syncing for days. I have uploaded to lightroom desktop, but they won't sync nor will any additional new photos sync. I tried deleting these photos thinking I could reupload, but after deleting it still says syncing 540 photos and when I've added indivudal photos it just adds to the total syncing. I have not used all of my Adobe Creative Cloud storage. 

Please advise!!
