photo synching

Hi all ,am facing problem on smart preview .i did smart preview but on my mobile am not getting the images.anybody know the reason?thank u

"smart previews" suggests you are using Lightroom-Classic. Is that correct?

How are you making smart previews?

And if you are using Lr-Classic- How are you syncing photos to Lightroom Mobile (on a phone or ipad?)?

Please state you Version Number of Lightroom, your Operating System Version Number, and any other details relevant.
