Photography (Stylise)

How can I get this stylised effect.

I'm trying to make the top photo have simular colours/tone etc to the one below it.

It "one below" looks mostly monochrome except for the 'orange/yellow' color.

You might- Desaturate all but the Red/Yellow/Orange in the HSL panel.

And you might- Add some Clarity and Contrast.
