Where did the Photomerge and HDR editing options go?

    Paul, these features are part of Lightroom Classic. Lightroom Classic is the update to Lightroom 2015/CC. Lightroom CC which you are using is a completely new app that Adobe unfortunately decided to name the same as the old program that you're used to. Lightroom CC is a cloud-based app that is basically a port of the mobile OS version of Lightroom. It's great at the cloud stuff but it misses 90% of the features that Lightroom 2015/CC had. Lightroom Classic is what you are used to probably. Install Lightroom Classic from the creative cloud app.
