photos appear as black or gray rectangles, associate the sRGB

Adding screenshot for the reference. This issue has started after the recent update done today.

After a quick test, a reinstall of the app appears to solve the issue.

@Prasanth_Padmanabhan , maybe you like to try that as well?

What do you mean with “associate the sRGB”

I have the same issue, for me the update in question is Android 17 which was released yesterday. It appears this might have broken something with Lightroom (version 11.3.3).

When opening an image in Lightroom on my Google Pixel 10 Pro XL, it is initially rendered correctly, then changes to the colored squares that can be seen in OP's screenshot.

Edit and P.S.: this appears to happen as soon as a higher resolution smart preview or the original has finished loading. And it happens regardless of RAW or JPEG. Affected images appear normal in e.g. Lightroom for iPad.

    Which update you talk about?

The screenshot shows a shot from a mobile phone screen. Which Lightroom version does this affect?

If you’re are on Lightroom Classic it can be an issue with a corrupt monitor profile.

You can also try to reset the Lightroom preferences:

Hi, I am facing this issue on Lr mobile. I don't see an option to select the Lr mobile, hence selected the Lr classic.

Lightroom mobile is part of the Lightroom Ecosystem. That’s where you should post this (but the thread has already been moved by a moderator).
