Photos are missing after logging in on a new device

2 weeks ago i installled dobe Lightroom on my laptop and login in there, after that, on my phone all my photos were gone, i couldn't get them back, and everytime i want to upload new photos the app deleted them all. I already have reinstalled the app but it is the same. I've created another account because i think maybe my account is the problem but i don't know. What can i do

Hace dos semanas instale Lightroom en mi laptop y luego, en adobe Lightroom en mi celular, se borraron todas las fotos, no pude recuperarlas. Luego al tratar de subir nuevas fotos, la aplicación las borraba automáticamente, cree otra cuenta de adobe porque creo que tal vez mi cuenta es el problema pero en realidad no lo sé. Qué puedo hacer
