Photos are missing from Lightroom Mobile (Old Phone) when logged in from a new device (New Phone)

Hi there,

Sorry about the phone being lost. Which version of Lightroom mobile were you using? Was the sync option enabled? Are you logged in to Lightroom mobile with the same Account? 

Are you able to see those images in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom?

Did you have your images backed up? Were all the photos synced to the cloud?

Please re-login to the Account with the same userId you used on your previous device and see if you can locate the images. Were the photos taken with the Lightroom Mobile in-app camera?
