photos are super pixelated

Hey! My photos in lightroom cc (all updated) are really pixelated they then unpixelate when i zoom in and out a few times or upon exporting them!

What do I do!? I want to see them at their sharpest while editing?

Usually Lightroom is still downloading the image from the cloud. And what you see is a local cached thumbnail.
