Photos didn’t transfer over

Some of my backed up photos didn't transfer over when I got my new phone.

Which version of Lightroom are you using? Do you see any error messages?

Log on to Lightroom Web (https://lightroom.adobe.com) & check for all the images that have synced & uploaded to the cloud.
