Photos disappeared from lightroom

I recently wanted to go back to some photos I imported to LR a while ago, and all except for two edited photos have simply disappeared! I'm guessing it's a few hundred photos that went missing.

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Are you certain that you have signed into Lightroom with the same login information you used previously?

Are you using Lightroom on a computer or a mobile device? Do you have a paid subscription? Did you check the deleted folder?

Yes to all. Using it on a computer, same for the last few years.

Post a screenshot of what you are seeing. Do not cut off anything, show all. Most likely you have simply filtered the images on 'with edits' or something like that.
