Photos disappeared from Lightroom Mobile account

Hello,

 

My photos have disappeared from my Lightroom Mobile account. They were previously uploaded and synced via the cloud. Now, when I log into my account, neither the photos nor the presets are visible.

 

Please help me understand what happened and assist in recovering the data.
