Bonjour,

Toutes mes photos ont disparues sur mon compte Lightroom! Je ne sais pas comment les retrouver.

J'utilise Lightroom uniquement avec mon iPhone.

Est-ce que quelqu'un peut m'aider?

Usually, the things that would cause this to happen are the wrong Adobe ID sign in or that the App (and it's data) have been deleted at some point. Or the phone wiped.

Checking your iPhone Storage for Lightroom may indicate how much data Lightroom is taking up on the phone and whether there may be hidden data (photos).

If so, you could try this:

First though, it may be best to see if a member of Adobe Staff may be able to check out your Adobe ID.

Est-il mieux que je tente de vous écrire en anglais?

J’utilise une version gratuite de lightroom (je n’avais pas les accès premium). J’ai dû me reconnecter oui. Depuis quelques temps, mes applications sur mon téléphone se déconnectent. C’était la première fois que ça m’arrivait avec Lightroom.
Mais une fois reconnectée, tout avait disparu : mes photos/albums, mes « presets » (filtres, paramètres prédéfinis de l’utilisateur). Comme si je n’étais pas dans mon compte, mais dans un nouveau compte vide. Est-ce parce que je n’avais pas d’abonnement?
J’ai Lightroom 8.2.2 en ce moment. Mais je ne sais pas si c’était ça avant la déconnection.
Est-ce que mes photos sont stockées quelque part encore?

To help someone assist further, could you provide so more details, such as;

Do you have a subscription or are you using the free version of the app?

Which device and version of Lightroom are you using?

Also, have you double checked the log in details are correct?
