Photos (especially drone) - and trying to stitch

I am using mainly a drone (Mavic 3 Pro) and have just bought Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, Version 7.3

Merge photos - this seems to be working when I am taking 'top down' photos to create one large image 

However, I was hoping that I would be able to also use stitching to create a large pano photo using several images, but I do not seem to have this functionality. 

Any help would be appreciated.
