Photos Gone After iCloud Backup

I had to get a new iPhone. I backed my phone up using iCloud. On my new phone, all my photos are gone from LightRoom. I never have paid for a subscription.

 

I had multiple albums etc. & presets created/saved. I don't see them online when I log into my account either. Please help me!!!

icloud is apple's cloud storage and is unrelated to adobe's creative cloud. ie, backing up your phone using icloud isn't going to restore your adobe creative cloud files.

 

however, if you backed-up your lr photos with icloud, contact apple.

 

if you have lr photos backed up with adobe's creative cloud, install the cc mobile app on your new phone, sign in using the adobe id used to backup the lr photos from your old phone and start sync'g with your new phone.
