Photos lost

At first, I cannot view each of my photos (Adoble Photoshop Lightroom-Mobile) Then I tried to update the app, but unfortunately nothing happens.

 

I tried to uninstall then reinstall the app, then I have signed it with my previous account. But no photos at all. How can I retrieved my photos? Can someone help me?

Do you have a paid subscription? With a paid subscription Lightroom images are uploaded and stored on a cloud server. You can check your Lightroom cloud content by signing into your account at lightroom.adobe.com. If your images were not uploaded to the cloud you may have lost them when you uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It may be possible to recover them if you have a backup of your device.
