Photos missing

Hello,

I need help with a serious issue regarding my Lightroom Cloud library.

I had an active Lightroom 1 TB plan on this Adobe account. Recently I switched to another Adobe Photography plan on the same Adobe account.

After the previous plan expired, I noticed the following problems:

  • A large number of photos are missing from my Lightroom Cloud library.
  • Many photos that were previously edited in Lightroom and saved/exported to my iPhone Photos library now appear completely black.
  • The issue started immediately after the previous Lightroom plan expired.
  • I am using the same Adobe ID/account as before.
  • My original files still exist, but many edited versions and cloud photos appear to be missing.

I have already checked Lightroom Web and noticed that a significant number of photos are no longer available.

Could you please investigate:

  1. Whether any Lightroom Cloud data is missing from my account.
  2. Whether there was any issue during the plan transition.
  3. Whether my Lightroom Cloud library can be restored from backups or previous account state.
