Photos Not visable

Hello,

 Can anyone help new to lightroom, was working fine then stopped. I cant see photos, there just all grey when in library.When i go in to develop along the bottom the pictures are grey but come up visable above when clicked double clicked on

Also wont let me into folders to import new pictrures. Is there any support team i can contact keeps going in circles when trying trying to find a contact email
