Photos will not import into Lightroom, can’t edit certain photos, just shows a spinning wheel that never resolves.

Tried deleting the app several times on iPhone and iPad, pausing sync and retried importing, clearing cache, still not luck.

Could you share the Lightroom version you're using on both the iPad and iPhone, along with the iPadOS and iOS versions you're running?

Does this happen with images of a specific format, or is it random?
