Photos wont load

Sorry for the delayed response. Are you still experiencing this issue where photos won’t load in Lightroom?

If the problem persists, could you please share a bit more detail so we can investigate:
 • Copy & paste your System Info from the Lightroom Help > System Info menu.
 • Confirm what kind of image files you’ve imported (JPEG, RAW, DNG, TIFF, etc.) and where they are stored (local drive, external drive, or cloud/ Network Drive).
 • Let us know if you see any error messages.
 • Share a short screen recording showing the behavior so we can better understand what’s happening.

Also, please double-check that you’re looking in the correct folder or collection inside Lightroom after importing.
