Photoshop/Lightroom on Apple

Hello! I am new to using photoshop and Lightroom on my MacBook, and I have always done my picture editing on my iPad. I've paid for separate annual subscriptions for each. Since I've been doing it on my iPad, is it considered the mobile versions? And if so, can I switch to the desktop version so I can use it on my MacBook but also still edit on my iPad when I want?

Yes, the iPad versions are the mobile versions. If you have a subscription for the desktop versions, then that subscription is also valid for your iPad. As the iPad uses the same cloud storage as the desktop, you can indeed go back and forth between the mobile and desktop apps editing the same image. You don't need a separate mobile subscription. The opposite is not true however. If you have a mobile subscription, then that is not valid for the desktop apps.
