I got a new phone, which I have in the past and my pictures transferred no problem, being that it's an app, but this time ALL my pictures are deleted. I NEED some of them as I take pictures for other people and then edit some on the app. PLEASE tell me there's a way to recover them even it's from your end!? Thank you!

Do you use the free version? If so, your pictures are stored on the phone, not in the cloud. The only way to get them onto a new phone is to restore the new phone from a backup of the old phone.
