Pictures are not showing from the staring tab

I'm using my Samsung Galaxy M21 device for Lightroom Mobile & i can't view picture from the staring page. I have to go to the individual picture to load it. I'm not using any kind of SD card. I tried many things to prevent this problem but failed. I uninstall the app & then reinstalled it. But the problem remains. Please let me know what to do
