Pictures look better on laptop vs on my phone

I am having trouble, I edit my photos In Lightroom and they look great so i go to post them on Facebook and i go on my phone and it looks awful compared to how my laptop looks. I was wondering what it could be or of anyone else has had this problem.

Awful in what way? Are you making sure you export to sRGB color space images from Lightroom? How are you calibrating your laptop? Display calibration is essential to get accurate color on exported images.

They look very vibrant and give a yellow tone. I made sure they are sRGB. I
have a Lenovo Laptop and I havent changed the display settings. How can
calibrate it accurately?

That's not too surprising. Facebook is likely stepping on images to reduce bandwidth to mobile devices. Does your phone have a high DPI or Retina display?
