Pixelation on all devices

After editing, I don't know what happened, the file on my iPad became pixelated. It's also pixelated on the synched devices and on Lightroom web. This is a jpeg file coming dircetley from an X-Pro2. Any ideas? 

I checked an earier edit of the file which was still ok. How is this possible???

With another jpedg I went to the web version of Lightroom, and first, no pixelation: 

Then I opened for edit and voilà: 

I checked no the sych on the ipad and tere as well: No Pixelation in the small preview and when I open for edit its pixelated. 

Again, I always shoot raw and these are the first two jpeg files tha come from the Fuji X-Pro2. Anything to do with that?
