PLEASE HELP! All my pictures are gone

Hi! My iPhone had to be transferred and restored this week and I am so sad because I lost EVERYTHING within my Lightroom app. All my past edits, all my presets, etc. Do these not save and transfer even though I have an account and use my email for sign in? I thought everything would be there but it isn't. Please help! Thanks!!!

Have you restored your iPhone from an iOS backup which you created from your previous iPhone (which had Lr installed)? This is the only way how you can  preserve the data of a free-version of Lightroom

    As well as having an Adobe account, do you also have an active subscription to one of the Adobe Photography Plans, or were you using the free version of the Lightroom iOS app? Without a subscription, all the photos that you had in the LR app on your phone would not have been synced to the Adobe cloud (because "sync" is not available in the free version), so there's nothing available to automatically restore. If that's your situation, did you take regular backups of the iPhone via iCloud or iTunes which you could restore from?
