Can you install topaz as a plug in in the Lightroom version, not classic.

edit in photoshop, then from photoshop you have the plugin

That's not neccessary. If the Topaz apps are installed on the system (which they would be if they've been installed as plug-ins in LrC and/or Photoshop) you can add them to the "Edit in" option in Lightroom Desktop, as per the link that @JohanElzenga provided earlier in this thread. This is a screenshot of my "Edit in" menu in Lightroom:

No, you can’t install Topaz as a plugin in the regular Lightroom (the cloud-based version) like you can in Lightroom Classic. Topaz plugins are designed to work with desktop apps that support third-party plugin integration, and the cloud Lightroom doesn’t support that system yet.

What you can do is:

Export the photo from Lightroom (cloud)
Open it in Topaz for your edits
Save/export it back and re-import into Lightroom

It’s a bit more manual, but it works. If you need a workflow that keeps everything seamless, Classic is currently the only Lightroom version with proper plugin support.

@dhonii4455 The plugin links to the Topaz application, so if you can open an exported photo in the Topaz application, then you should be able send a photo directly to Topaz from Lightroom as well, as described in the link I gave in my answer. It's basically the same thing as what you suggest, but a bit faster.
