Posting from Lr cc to Instagram?

Can I post to IG right from lightroom cc? If so how? (Or somehow link Lr to IG ) I previously used only iPhoto and the connection to IG was automatic. Now I am importing photos into Lr and editing them there. How do I get them from there to IG? (Do I really have to import them back into iPhoto to post?
