Posting to Lightroom Community failing

Hello, I've had this issue for about a day now where my posts to the Lightroom Community have been failing to upload. On mobile I receive the message "Your edit is Live! Success! You can share your edit with friends...." to no result, and on desktop I'm receiving "Unable to share your edit" (pictured below.).

I saw there was a previous post about this issue 2 months ago however the resolved solution was an error with the servers which doesn't appear to be happening now as all status show operational.

This has been ongoing for about a day now after I successfully submitted 20 photos, not sure what more I can do to troubleshoot so I'm hoping a solution will come from this. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
