Posting to social media directly lightroom cloud

Currently trying to figure out the best way to get my 8k photos into some sort of order....I have downloaded Lightroom Cloud 5.3 and also have on my phone. 

Is there a way to post directly from LRoom to instagram and facebook directly.. It is a pain having to export etc....

Would I be better using Lightroom Classic and getting a plug in. Can I use classic on ipad and iphone? 

I have Iphoto, Google Photos and now lightroom just looking for the best and quickest solution and stick with one or the other.  Help!!!!
