Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Type “Agent” into the chat to reach a person quickly.

If Adobe Support cannot help, it may be because Apple owns iOS app trials and transactions.  Apple Support is generally very understanding and helpful.  Just explain the difficulty or error during cancellation during your trial.  For more info, please see: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084
