Hi all,

I'm having some trouble or misunderstanding.

I have an Adobe subscription but my premium account does not show active on lightroom mobile once I've signed In. I'm using a Samsung s24 ultra if that helps.

Have you tried to Restore Purchase:

Also, are you signed in with correct Adobe ID?
