Hello,

I paid for the subscription on my phone . It says It's active at the moment, but i still can't use the healing tool or any other premium feature. I signed out and signed back in. I don't know what to do. Please let me know what I can do to fix the issue.

I can confirm your subscription is active.  As long as you are signed in with the same email ID you used to post for help here on the forums, you should see all the paid, premium features on any iOS or Android mobile device (just not Mac or Windows desktops -- those require different plans that support desktops).

Is your device online, and is Lightroom able to access the internet, so that it can actually see account updates to reflect your subscriber status?  Are you on a VPN or some kind of strict network?  Really, if you are able to sign in, this should "just work" for you
