I PURCHASED A PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION BUT I CANNOT USE ALL PREMIUM FEATURES OF LIGHTROOM MOBILE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

KR Seals is correct, we need more info to be able to help.  Is this iOS, Android, Mac or Windows.  What errors do you see, if any?

...and in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT, and let the Support agent know you have a subscription problem.

You will need to be more specific. Please give details of exactly what is not working for you. What is your device? Make, model and version number. Device OS version?

It does not help to type in all caps.
