Premium features not working on Lightroom mobile for iOS on iphone

I have had the paid subscription to the full Adobe Creative Cloud for years. I have an iPhone 8 plus with the Lightroom mobile app installed. I've used the mobile app for years as well. All of a sudden today, I can no longer use the premium edit features, they are all greyed out.

I've signed out, signed back in, uninstalled, reinstalled, nothing makes a difference. Under my name in the Seetings, it says "You're Subscribed."

How can this be fixed?

I figured out what the issue was. I was a user error. I do not recall ever having to click a + (plus) symbol in the upper left-hand corner of the screen in order to start using the premium edit tools.

The Restore Purchase would never have worked anyway, that was never showing in my account anyway, it always said "subscribed." I didn't purchase it from iTunes.

Hi there,

Sorry that you cannot use the Premium features Lightroom on your mobile. Would you mind taking a look at this article https://helpx.adobe.com/in/lightroom-cc/kb/lightroom-mobile-in-app-purchase-issue.html and let us know if that helps?

Thanks,

Akash
